The Lexar NQ780 is a 1TB M.2 2280 NVMe solid-state drive for compatible laptops and desktop computers. Its PCIe 4.0 x4 interface provides faster system start-up, application loading and file transfers than older storage interfaces.

This capacity is rated for sequential read speeds of up to 6000MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 2500MB/s. Performance figures are based on Lexar’s internal testing and may vary with the host system, workload and available drive capacity.

Responsive, Sustained Operation

An eight-channel Gen 4 controller supports sustained performance. Host Memory Buffer and SLC cache technologies help reduce latency and accelerate frequently performed storage operations.

Laptop-Friendly Design

The single-sided M.2 design measures only 2.45mm thick, making it suitable for compatible space-constrained laptops. Intelligent Power Control adjusts power consumption according to the workload.

Drive Management

Lexar DiskMaster software supports firmware updates, drive-health monitoring and secure data erasure. The drive is rated for 600TBW endurance and is covered by a five-year limited warranty.
