Battery Backup and Surge Protection

The APC Back-UPS Pro BR1100M2-LM provides 1100VA/600W of battery-backed power for compatible computers, networking equipment and electronics. Six outlets combine battery backup with surge protection, while four additional outlets provide surge protection for devices that do not require runtime during an outage.

Available battery runtime varies according to the connected load.

Automatic Voltage Regulation

Line-interactive Automatic Voltage Regulation corrects high and low input voltage without immediately switching to battery power. This helps conserve battery capacity for outages while supplying more consistent power during voltage fluctuations.

At-a-Glance Monitoring

The multifunction LCD displays operating conditions, load and battery information. Audible alarms notify the user when the UPS switches to battery, reaches a low-battery condition or detects an overload.

Device and Data-Line Protection

The UPS provides 1080 joules of surge protection and safeguards compatible Gigabit Ethernet and coaxial connections against surges travelling through data lines.

One USB-A and one USB-C charging port deliver up to 15W combined for compatible mobile devices without occupying an AC outlet. A separate USB management interface supports communication with a connected computer.

Replaceable Battery

The sealed lead-acid battery can be replaced with an APC APCRBC160 cartridge. Typical recharge time is 16 hours, while expected battery service life is three to five years depending on usage and operating conditions.
